Who We Are

Financial clarity shouldn't feel like decoding ancient texts

Back in 2019, three accountants sat in a Melbourne café complaining about how complex financial analysis had become. Not for them—they understood the numbers—but for the business owners who needed that information most. That conversation turned into oravomievara.

We started with a simple belief: liquidity and solvency analysis matters too much to hide behind jargon. Every business owner deserves to know if their company can pay its bills next month and stay healthy long-term. Not in accounting-speak. In plain English.

What guides our work every day

These aren't poster statements. They're how we actually make decisions when analyzing your financial position.

Clarity Over Complexity

Financial ratios mean nothing if you can't act on them. We translate cash flow patterns into decisions you can actually make on Tuesday morning.

Honest Assessment

Sometimes the numbers tell uncomfortable stories. We share what we find without sugar-coating, because fixing problems starts with acknowledging them.

Context Matters

A current ratio of 1.5 means different things for a retail shop versus a consulting firm. We interpret your metrics against your actual business model and industry realities.

Our Method

Analysis that connects to your actual operations

We don't just calculate ratios and send spreadsheets. Every liquidity analysis starts with understanding your business cycle—when cash comes in, when bills go out, and what seasonal patterns affect your working capital.

For solvency work, we dig into your debt structure and asset composition. A manufacturing business with owned equipment has different solvency concerns than a service company leasing office space. Your analysis should reflect that.

Most importantly, we connect metrics to decisions. If your quick ratio shows potential cash pressure in three months, we explain what levers you can pull now—not just flag the problem.

The people behind your analysis

Small team. Deep expertise. Everyone here has actually managed business finances, not just studied them.

How we got here

Six years of learning what works and what doesn't when helping businesses understand their financial health.

2019

Started with five clients and one focus

Launched in July with a simple offer: clear liquidity analysis for Melbourne businesses. Our first client was a bookshop worried about seasonal cash flow. We helped them map their payment timing and avoid a credit line they didn't actually need.

2021

Expanded into full solvency work

Several clients asked us to assess long-term financial stability, not just short-term cash. We developed our comprehensive solvency framework that looks at debt capacity, asset quality, and sustainable growth rates together.

2023

Built our education program

Realized that one-time analysis wasn't enough. Launched workshops and resources to help business owners understand financial metrics themselves. The goal is making our clients less dependent on us over time, which feels backwards but works better.

2025

Serving businesses across Australia

Now working with over 80 businesses from retail to manufacturing to professional services. Still based in Clifton Hill, still focused on the same thing: helping you understand if your business can handle what's coming.
